Walter Adcock was a 42 year old bachelor when he placed an advertisement in a “singles” publication for people in the tri-state area of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. He says, “I always wanted to find “just the right person”, but despite dating for over twenty years, it just didn’t happen.” This was 1986 and pre-dated Match.com and other internet dating sites. Two BHS grads land roles
in prime time TV

How likely is it that two Brookwood High school alumni would be co-stars in a prime time TV series debuting within six weeks of each other? Not likely, even in a school with an outstanding drama department like Brookwood’s but alumni Jennifer Ferrin (97) and Michael Kelly (87) each are appearing in weekly midseason pilots this winter. Ferrin plays the wife of the title character on NBC’s The Cape, a pilot that had its debut on Sunday, January 9. More...
