SNELLVILLE, GeorgiaEmory Eastside Medical Center will present the Third Annual Spring Flinga Perinatal educational seminaron Thursday, April 29th for all medical professionals, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm at the main campus at 1700 Medical Way, Snellville, GA.
The medical professionals presenting seminar topics are: Abdul Ahmed, MD, neonatologist on staff at Emory Eastside; Catherine Yeagley, MD, perinatologist with Obstetrix Medical Group; and Dr. Frances Roy, psychologist with TriStar Health System. The registration is free but is required, and will include lunch, vendor presentations and educational lectures. Perinatal Coordinator, Kathy Coleman, RN, said, “This is a great educational opportunity for OB nurses, obstetrical physicians’ staff, respiratory therapists, and students. This program will focus on perinatal updates, current trends in Perinatal medicine, and psychological aspects of care of the Perinatal patient, as well as teambuilding.”
