GEORGIA COMMERCE CLUB

If you’re a business person who wants to market in this area you may want to visit this club. At first glance you may think this organization is part of a larger group formed somewhere else; but, you’ll find that this was a vision brought about by Damon and Tatyana Ladd-Thomas of Grayson and the website was created by the technical mastery of Mike Morton from L&M Design in Snellville. As a business owner or a marketer you’re always looking for a place so that you can go to market your business. This is that place. If you’ve been a member of many types of groups you may know that they usually demand that you show up, only one person from an industry can be a member, charge an absorbent fee to be a member, etc. The Georgia Commerce Club was formed to be “anti-bureaucratic and anti-dictatorship”. It has grown very rapidly. It is the second largest Georgia Based commerce/chamber presence on FaceBook. The Website www.georgiacommerceclub.org <http://www.georgiacommerceclub.org/> has over 200 members and growing rapidly. The club actually serves all of Georgia but this is the area where the club was founded. As part of the founding vision and current mission, the club bridges all of the chambers, clubs, networking groups, churches, civic groups, PTA’s and charities. The Georgia Commerce Club has a cooperative style membership where members ultimately drive the benefits, the content, and the way the club will support commerce and Georgia business. Another way to put it is that the Board of Directors work for the members. The “Peach Seed Membership” offers a Free Membership for any business that would like to participate. The calendar is driven by the individual members not the elected officials. As stated by the founders, “this is where Politics, Personalities, Cliques have no business”. The club offers the excitement of being part of some incredible and positive energy that enhances the marketing of your business. So, join The Georgia Commerce Club at its weekly meetings on Tuesdays evenings at the Mellow Mushroom, 2000 Main St E Snellville, GA 30078, from 6pm to 10:30pm and/or lunch at Carlito’s, 2445 Moon Rd Grayson, GA 30017, at noon every Thursday in Grayson.
